NIBRG-14-specific antibodies elicited in BALB/c mice following a single intramuscular dose of H5N1 inactivated virus vaccine.

All mice were vaccinated once intramuscularly with dose of 0.5 µg HA H5N1 inactivated virus vaccine. Serum samples were collected from immunized mice and the antibody titers were determined by ELISA, HI and VN immunoassays.
