Datasets description: Dataset 1. Alignment of 3,841 UCE loci (1,688,462 base-pairs), generated considering 40% of sample representativeness per locus and without filtering for information content. Dataset 2. Alignment of 3,545 UCE loci (1,572,845 base-pairs), generated considering 50% of sample representativeness per locus and without filtering for information content. Dataset 3. Alignment of 2,069 UCE loci (937,316 base-pairs), generated considering 60% of sample representativeness per locus and without filtering for information content. Dataset 4. Alignment of 2,112 UCE loci (927,942 base-pairs), generated considering 40% of sample representativeness and a minimum of 5% of informative sites per locus. Dataset 5. Alignment of 1,742 UCE loci (763,974 base-pairs), generated considering 50% of sample representativeness and a minimum of 5% of informative sites per locus. Dataset 6.
