运用计算机图形学、可视化技术等知识,根据井斜基本参数和设计井数据编程实现了多视图显示老井、设计井的三维井眼轨迹,实时显示正钻井三维井眼轨迹,运用最近距离扫描技术扫描设计井和老井间的最近距离,以及实时扫描正钻井和老井井眼轨迹间的最近距离;同时具有良好的人机交互功能,操作人员可以非常灵活地控制三维视图。钻井技术人员可以多方位、多角度地实时了解正钻井井眼轨迹的走向,分析实钻轨迹与设计轨迹的偏差,以便调整钻井工艺,达到设计要求;实时了解实钻井眼轨迹与老井井眼轨迹之间的最近距离及其变化趋势,以达到防碰的目的。

Leveraging knowledge from computer graphics, visualization technologies and related fields, this system is programmed to achieve multi-view display of 3D wellbore trajectories for existing wells and design wells based on basic well deviation parameters and design well data, and to provide real-time visualization of the 3D wellbore trajectory of actively drilling wells. By applying the shortest distance scanning technology, it can calculate the minimum spacing between design wells and existing wells, as well as conduct real-time scanning of the minimum spacing between the actively drilling wellbore trajectory and existing wellbore trajectories. Featuring excellent human-computer interaction functions, the system allows operators to flexibly control the 3D viewports. Drilling technicians can obtain real-time information about the trend of the actively drilling wellbore trajectory from multiple orientations and perspectives, analyze the deviation between the actual drilling trajectory and the designed trajectory, and adjust the drilling process to meet the design requirements. They can also acquire real-time data on the minimum spacing between the actual drilled wellbore trajectory and existing wellbore trajectories as well as its changing trend, so as to realize wellbore collision prevention.
