The data consists primarily of Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) measurement results on Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) batteries at various State of Charge (SoC) value. The LFP batteries to obtain these data are 600 mAh. The dataset includes the results of repeated EIS measurements using various battery cell charging cycles. This dataset allow to study the frequency-domain properties of batteries. In addition, they may be used to create prediction approaches and train machine learning models to create assessment methods for the reliable and effective management of rechargeable battery devices. Researchers in the fields of electrochemical studies, power generation technologies, and energy storage systems can benefit from these data.
