Data underlying "Infectious SARS-CoV-2 persists in wastewater transport to treatment facilities and can mediate aerosolized transmission: potential risks for wastewater personnel"

This dataset contains the raw and processed data supporting the results presented in the manuscript submitted to PLOS Water. The study investigates the persistence and infectivity of SARS-CoV-2 in municipal wastewater under different temperature and aerosolization conditions, as well as the efficacy of UV-C disinfection. Data files include: Time and temperature-based SARS-CoV-2 infectivity assays in spiked wastewater Aerosolization chamber infectivity results for wastewater and media conditions UV-C disinfection dose-response experiments Longitudinal SARS-CoV-2 RNA measurements from wastewater surveillance during the Omicron wave Each dataset is provided in Excel format (.xlsx), with clearly labeled columns and experimental details to allow full reproducibility and reuse. These data were used to generate Figures 2, 4, 5, and 7 in the manuscript.
