Highly spatially effective cultural monuments for wind energy

The data describe registered cultural monuments in Baden-Württemberg that are highly relevant for wind energy projects. They were determined on the basis of the ‘Assessment grid for wind turbines in the vicinity of cultural monuments’ according to technical criteria. The assessment grid means that the so-called environmental protection according to the Monument Protection Act BW is only examined in exceptional cases when planning and approving wind turbines, namely in the case of the cultural monuments for wind energy that are highly effective in terms of space (cf. § 15(4) sentence 1 of the Monument Protection Act BW).
