Transcriptomics Sequencing of postmitotic excitatory neurons (Neurod6+) with PRMT5 deletion. Total RNA was extracted from the primary motor and somatosensory cortices of P21 WT and cKO mice using TRIzol reagent (Invitrogen). RNA samples were then subjected to quality control followed by strand-specific mRNA-seq library construction. Sequencing was performed at Beijing Genomic Institute (BGI). Sequence alignment was performed against the GRCm38 genome assembly with HISTA2 (v2.1.0)
