出厂大米的不完善粒含量是反映质量的重要指标。不完善粒含量检测结果影响对大米质量的定等,不完善粒本身的使用品质已下降,又影响加工出米率和成品大米外观质量。对大米不完善粒含量的准确检测为企业生产的大米质量等级起到决定作用。根据国家标准CB/T1354-2018为检验依据,用出厂大米进行两次不完善粒的含量抽样用仪器检验,记录试样重量W1,不完善粒重W2,试样重量W3,不完善粒重W4,通过计算得到大米不完善粒含量的检验结果数据,大米不完善粒含量检验结果的计算公式如下:大米的不完善粒含量=(不完善粒重W2/试样重量W1*100+不完善粒重W4/试样重量W3*100)/2。结果按有效数字修约规则进行修约,有效位数应与标准中的规定一致。结果若≤4.0,则为二级;若≤6.0,则为三级。

The imperfect grain content of factory-released rice is a critical quality indicator. The test results of imperfect grain content influence the grading of rice quality. The eating quality of imperfect grains themselves has declined, and they also adversely affect the milled rice yield and the appearance quality of finished rice. Accurate detection of rice imperfect grain content plays a decisive role in determining the quality grade of rice produced by enterprises. Taking the national standard GB/T 1354-2018 as the inspection basis, two instrumental sampling tests for imperfect grain content are conducted using factory-released rice, with the sample weights W1, imperfect grain weight W2, sample weight W3, and imperfect grain weight W4 recorded. The test result data for rice imperfect grain content are obtained via calculation, and the formula for computing the test results is as follows: The imperfect grain content of rice = [(W2 / W1 × 100) + (W4 / W3 × 100)] / 2. The results shall be rounded in accordance with the rules for rounding significant figures, with the number of significant digits consistent with the provisions specified in the standard. If the result is ≤ 4.0, it is classified as Grade 2; if ≤ 6.0, it is classified as Grade 3.
