Estimate 2017 — Medium-term financial programming 2018 to 2021 (Linz)

Evidence of a special kind: The Preliminary and Financial Statements Ordinance (VRV) regulates which supporting documents of a particular nature are to be attached to the estimates and how they should be presented. According to StL 1992, the city must draw up multi-annual planning in the form of a medium-term financial plan, taking into account the Federal and Land’s financial plans, which extend beyond the one-year planning period of the estimate.
