Specific-pathogen-free (SPF) Cx3cr1GFP/+ transgenic mice were subcutaneously immunized with myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG35-55) peptide and complete freund's adjuvant (CFA). Mice were sacrificed at day 24 after immunization. RNA-seq analysis of CD45+, MHC-II+, B220-, CD11b+, CX3CR1GFP and Ly6C+ cells and CD45+, MHC-II+, B220-, CD11b+, CX3CR1GFP and Ly6C- cells in the small intestine.
