商品與服務國際（尼斯）分類

我國商標指定使用商品及服務之分類，係採用世界智慧財產組織商品與服務國際「尼斯」分類之原則。尼斯協定商品及服務國際分類每5年總體檢討更新版本1次，自2013年起，每年就該版本另作微修調整，本局自2002年1月1日起參照尼斯分類最新修訂版本內容。The classification of designated goods and services for trademarks in our country follows the principles of the International "Nice" Classification of Goods and Services established by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). The International Classification of Goods and Services under the Nice Agreement is comprehensively reviewed and updated once every five years. Since 2013, minor annual revisions and adjustments have been made to each such version. Our bureau has referred to the latest revised version of the Nice Classification since January 1, 2002.
