Study on the Mechanism of Antimicrobial Peptide CATH-2 Inhibits the Inflammatory Response Induced by Streptococcus suis

Through transcriptome sequencing analysis of mouse primary peritoneal macrophages infected with Streptococcus suis serotype 2 strain SC-19 under treatment conditions with or without the chicken-derived antimicrobial peptide CATH-2, the study aims to investigate the mechanism by which CATH-2 inhibits inflammation induced by Streptococcus suis at the transcriptional level.
