Beam-offset frequency-domain thermoreflectance data of bulk Rhenium Disulfide and Rhenium Diselenide crystals

This dataset comprises beam-offset frequency-domain thermoreflectance data for rhenium disulfide and rhenium diselenide crystals. The dataset allows the extraction of the anisotropic thermal conductivity of these bulk crystals in the through-plane direction, as well as along and perpendicularly the beam offset direction. These crystals demonstrate extrmely high anisotropies.
