Rat hypothalamus: Methimazole (MMI)-saline vs MMI-T3

Sprague Dawley rats rendered hypothyroid with 22 days of MMI treatment with half the receiving T3 injection on day 21. Rats killed 24h later and hypothalamic tissue recovered.本数据集的实验对象为经22天MMI处理构建甲状腺功能减退模型的斯普拉格-道利大鼠（Sprague Dawley rats），其中半数于第21天接受T3（三碘甲状腺原氨酸）注射；所有大鼠于处理后24小时处死，并获取下丘脑组织。
