Human cancer cell lines were pulsed with thymidine analogues EdU and BrdU, sequenced on the Oxford Nanopore platform, and analysed with our DNAscent software to measure DNA replication stress. Tissue culture followed by EdU/BrdU pulse labelling, FACS sorting, Oxford Nanopore library prep, Oxford Nanopore MinION R9.4.1 sequencing, DNAscent v3.1.2 analysis
