BCAE watercourses for the 2021-2022 crop season (cross-compliance checks 2022) — Tarn

The rivers retained under GAEC from 2022 in the Tarn are those defined under the water policy (Article L.215-7-1 of the Environmental Code). The complete mapping of rivers within the meaning of this definition is published on the Tarn State website. Watercourses or portion of watercourses to be bordered by grassed strips under good agricultural and environmental conditions, defined by prefectural decree. These watercourses are defined in the interministerial circular DGFAR/SDSTAR/C2005-5046 of 27 September 2005, pursuant to the Order of 12 January 2005 adopted for the application of Articles R.615-10 and R.615-12 of the Rural Code and on environmental cover and rotation rules.
