Transcriptome sequencing of male and female Amphiprion ocellaris. Amphiprion ocellaris

Ocellaris clownfish (Amphiprion ocellaris) is an economically important aquarium fish. In order to enhance the genomic resources , the Illumina paired-end sequencing of ocellaris clownfish transcriptom was conducted to generate a comprehensive transcript dataset. The high-throughput transcriptomic resource would greatly enrich the genetic database and provide effective support for the advanced research on genetics and genomics.
