Vulnerability Affordability Index SAMPLE LISTING

The Ark's Vulnerability Affordability Index (VAI) provides a measure of vulnerability across 4 categories:-

1) Financial Resilience
2) Health (Self Reported)
3) Capability (Education and English Language Skills)
4 Life Events (Recent bereavement in the household)

Each of the 4 categories provides a score of 0 (no vulnerability) or 1 (lowest) to 9 (highest) risk of vulnerability, allowing users to set their own level of vulnerability based on their own risk scores.

VAI helps organisations to identify vulnerable households as per the new FCA guidance on the treatment of vulnerable customers.

VAI has been created using open source data and anonymised loan data modeled to postcode level and bereavement data at individual address level. VAI is presented at individual property / address level.
