This addendum Review of Environmental Factors (REF) has been prepared by Cardno (NSW/ACT) Pty Ltd on behalf of TfNSW. For the purposes of these works, Transport for NSW is the proponent and the determining authority under Division 5.1 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (EP&A Act). This addendum REF is to be read in conjunction with the project REF (RMS 2019) and Submissions report (TfNSW 2019). The purpose of this addendum REF is to describe the proposed modification, to document and assess the likely impacts of the proposed modification on the environment, and to detail mitigation and management measures to be implemented\n\n**Note:** This resource was originally published on opengov.nsw.gov.au.
