Description
The archive contains the filtered NPX values (one file for each of the 8 panels). Those datasets contains results for 10 SSNA samples at 4 time points. The sample IDs contains information about the sample and the time points. For example, sample ''SSNA-001B-PR1" represents the "normothermic, pre-acclimation" NPX data for sample "001B". For convenience, this information was added into two columns: "Participant" and "Exposure".
The filtering process is straightforward: NPX values were set to be missing when either the "QC_Warning" or "Assay_Warning" fields weren't "PASS".
Below are the abbreviations of the four different time points.
PR1: normothermic, pre-acclimation
PT1: hyperthermic, pre-acclimation
PR2: normothermic, post-acclimation
PT2: hyperthermic, post-acclimation
