This dataset contains results from phase-field simulations of polycrystalline antiferroelectric materials. The data was generated using a Time-Dependent Ginzburg-Landau (TDGL) model to study how different grain structures (single crystal vs. polycrystals with 4, 12, and 36 grains) affect energy storage performance. What is included in this dataset: Relaxation Data: Simulations showing how the material reaches an initial stable state under zero electric field. Hysteresis Data: Results showing the polarization (P-E) loops and strain response under an applied electric field. Spatial Data: 2D maps of polarization, electric fields, and energy distributions across the grain structures. Parameters: All material constants and scaling factors used to convert simulation units into real-world SI units. Note: This upload contains the simulated data files (.h5) and Python scripts for visualization. It does not include the original simulation source code. To use this data, please refer to the included README.md file for instructions.
