Hip replacements in England, Wales and Northern Ireland 2004-2022, by fixation

In 2022, approximately 25 percent of the hip replacement procedures carried out in England, Wales and Northern Ireland were a hybrid fixation, making it the second most common hip replacement procedure in this year, after uncemented procedures. Since 2004, the share of uncemented and hybrid hip replacements has increased in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
