Pollen tube transcriptomes of Arabidopsis arenosa

This study comprises of RNA-sequencing data generated from pollen tubes of Arabidopsis arenosa plants. The sequenced samples include diploid, neo-tetraploid and established tetraploid individuals, along with tetraploid individuals carrying ancestral diploid/derived tetraploid alleles for the genes ACA8 and AGC1.5.
