舟山六横岛附近海域油类物质监测管理数据

油类物质进入海洋环境会对水生生物的生长、繁殖以及整个生态系统发生巨大的影响，在被污染的水域，其恶劣水质使养殖对象大量死亡。六横岛拥有大量的水产养殖基地，通过监测六横岛及其附近海域各观测点数据，了解海洋中的油类变化趋势和异常情况，并对海洋生态环境进行监测和评价，为六横岛海水养殖、海洋工程建设等工作，并为相关用海项目提供数据支撑。通过计算六横岛附近海域历年来测得的油类物质的平均数值，作为海域油类物质历史基准数据，将当月该海域平均的油类数值与油类基准数据作比（海域当月平均油类数值/海域油类历史基准数据），得到该月该海域的油类指数，如油类指数在1.1以下的，则定义为“正常”，油类指数在1.1-1.2的，则定义为“预警”，油类指数在1.2以上的，则定义为“异常”。

Oil substances entering the marine environment exert substantial impacts on the growth, reproduction of aquatic organisms and the overall marine ecosystem. In polluted waters, degraded water quality leads to mass mortality of cultured organisms. Liuheng Island has numerous aquaculture bases. By monitoring data from various observation stations in Liuheng Island and its adjacent waters, this dataset is intended to track the changing trends and abnormal conditions of oil substances in the ocean, as well as monitor and evaluate the marine ecological environment. The collected data provides data support for marine aquaculture, marine engineering construction and other related sea-use projects on Liuheng Island. The historical baseline data of oil substances in the waters near Liuheng Island is calculated as the average value of oil concentrations measured over the years. The oil index for a given month in these waters is derived by dividing the monthly average oil concentration of that month by the historical baseline oil concentration, i.e., Oil Index = (Monthly Average Oil Concentration) / (Historical Baseline Oil Concentration). The oil index is categorized as follows: "Normal" when the index is below 1.1, "Alert" when the index ranges from 1.1 to 1.2, and "Abnormal" when the index exceeds 1.2.
