Sustainability in residential building in the municipality of Dourados, MS

Abstract: This paper presents two alternative systems are designed for a residential building, already completed, in order to supply the consumption of water and electricity in the common areas. The first system captures rainwater for later use with non-potable purposes. In the second system, photovoltaic solar power generation network-integrated, the main objective was to supply the electric power consumption in the common areas of the building.
