Chromatin accessibility profiling by ATAC-seq

An updated protocol for ATAC-seq, including wet-lab library preparation and guidelines about sequencing and data analysis. ATAC-seq was performed on the cell lines at a variety of different input cell numbers,to test the scaling of Tn5 on data quality. Please note that processed data was not generated for the samples used to quality control concentrations of Tn5; the final TSS scores and library metrics will given in tables in the manuscript.
