The Mms4-Mus81 complex generates a minor set of meiotic crossovers (Class II crossovers) in S. cerevisiae. This project reports ChIP-Seq data on the genome-wide localization of the Mms4 protein during meiosis in S. cerevisiae. Mms4 binding was analyzed in wild-type homozygous (SK1) and heterozygous (S288c-sp/YJM789) S. cerevisiae strains and in mutants (spo11, red1, and msh5) that affect DSB formation, the meiotic chromosome axes and Class I crossovers. The files submitted contain the raw Mms4 ChIP-Seq FastQ data.
