This data set contains example raw dSTORM data of Brp (Alexa Fluor532) and Unc-13 (Alexa Fluor647), recorded at Drosophila melanogaster male 3rd instar larval neuromuscular junctions at muscle 6/7. They are part of the dataset reported in the manuscript entitled "Endogenous tagging of Unc-13 reveals nanoscale reorganization at active zones during presynaptic homeostatic potentiation" and where made available during the review process at journal Frontiers in Cellular Neuroscience.
