Dataset for: Digging into Understudied Sediments: What Lumbriculus variegatus Reveals About Fluoxetine Exposure from the Cellular to the Individual Level.

These datasets are the raw data of a study to assess chronic effects of the antidepressant Fluoxetine on the sediment-dwelling worm Lumbriculus variegtus. The excel tables include the calculations for sediment components, spiking concentrations and assessments of endpoints at the end of the 28 days experiment. These endpoints include number of adults/offspring worms to assess mortality and reproduction, growth measurements, and assessment of phototactic, feeding and chemical avoidance behaviour.
