Population Services International Madagascar AMMS conducted a baseline TRaC survey among CFSW to identify their behaviors with regard to several health protecting behaviors including condom use, seeking timely and quality STI treatment, and partner reduction. Data were also collected on determinants of condom use through a segmentation analysis among users and non users. The study was conducted in December 2009 on a representative sample of CFSW who were located in a hotspot an urban Top Reseau site in Antsiranana, Toamasina, Mahajanga, Antsirabe, Antananarivo, Morondava, Fianarantsoa and Taolagnaro. The selection of CFSWs for this study was conducted in September and October 2009 by the program team who already have a good knowledge of hotzones and hotspots locations in the eight Top Reseau sites.
