PAX1-SET1B Interaction Drives Multiple Phosphatases and Inhibits Oncogenic Cascades

Functional studies of PAX1 were tested in cervical cancer cell lines in vitro and in vivo. The 1st batch cells were collected after treating EGF for a week and provied as control samples. The 2nd batch cells were collected after treating EGF for two weeks and induced PAX1 expression at the last week, and the 3rd batch cells were collected after treating EGF for three weeks and induced PAX1 expression at the last two weeks.
