Moncompteelu – Trainings carried out by elected officials

Since January 20, 2017, MonCompteElu ([https://www.moncompteformation.gouv.fr/espace-public/compte-elu](s)) has allowed local elected officials to exercise their right to training directly. These trainings are provided to assist them in fulfilling their elective tasks or to prepare their professional reintegration at the end of the term of office. **My Elected Account** collects the individual rights to the training of elected officials (DIF Elected) acquired within their current term of office and each local elected official can freely use them on the platform by choosing the formations of their choice. **This dataset** **includes the list of validated training courses and elected representatives trained from January 2022 within the framework of the individual right to the training of elected officials. This dataset will be updated every six months.** It allows, for example, to know the consumption of training of elected officials by partner training organisation and type of mandate (Others, Departmental, Municipal, Regional) or by training theme. Note that an elected official can accumulate several terms (Mono/Multi). Only files justifying entry into training are considered, files cancelled and rejected are not displayed. Some files validated in 2022 foresee an entry into training in 2023, they will appear once the entry into training has been collected. The training courses related to the exercise of the mandate are linked to an eligible theme specific to My Elected Account. This list of topics is provided to each approved training organisation. As part of a professional retraining, the courses prepare for a certification of the Repertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles (RNCP) or the Repertoire Spécifique (RS) held by France Compétences (see details: [click here](https://www.francecompetences.fr/recherche_certificationprofessionnelle/) Note that some formations are not associated with one of the RS/RNCP directories (type_referential = -2): this is related to an indexing problem between repositories. They can also benefit from training in the various permits or in the creation and takeover of a company, the skills assessment and the preparation for the VAE.
