Grazer dilution experiments were conducted at the San Pedro Time-Series (SPOT) site to measure growth and grazing rates of picocyanobacteria. Illumina sequencing of the cyanobacterial ITS region was applied to test the feasibility of measuring ecotype and genotype specific grazing rates of natural picocyanobacteria communities. This data is preliminary as full triplicates of all treatments have not been processed.
