The short time-series transcriptome profiles of human adipose-derived stem cells under oxygen and glucose deprivation

We investigate the mRNA expression properties of human adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) under oxygen and glucose deprivation. We cultured the cells extracted from human adipose tissue to passage 3 and replaced the medium with Glu-free DMEM. The dishes were then placed in an airtight chamber equipped with a vacuum air pump and an inflator and flushed with a gas mixture of 1% O2, 5% CO2, and 94% N2.
