Plots_PAI74_HKO50_Dicorynia_guianensis_nSSR

This dataset contains nuclear microsatellite (nSSR) genotypes for the tropical tree species Dicorynia guianensis sampled in French Guiana near Regina St-Georges. A total of 66 polymorphic nuclear SSR loci were used to genotype individuals across two forest plots representing contrasting ecological and management contexts. The dataset includes genotypes from approximately 300 individuals per plot, covering adult trees, juveniles, and seedlings. For each individual, the dataset provides: multilocus nSSR genotypes, geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude) plot identity diameter at breast height (DBH) logging statut (logged/unlogged) The sampled plots include both unlogged (plot HKO50) and selectively logged forests (plot PAI74), plot logged 12 years prior to sampling.
