The Integrated Platform for Veterans Affairs, in strict accordance with the 14th Five-Year Plan for Informatization of Veterans Affairs, targets the digital transformation of veterans' affairs work. Following the overall "12345" master plan, it builds a system comprising 1 comprehensive database, 2 support systems, 3 major infrastructures, 4 platforms, and 5 supporting services. The platform realizes data aggregation, cross-level business coordination, efficient and convenient management, and precise and meticulous services for veterans' affairs work across the province, and supports the province in advancing the modernization of its governance system and governance capacity.
