RNA-seq of ear skins from KAT8 cKO and WT mice in IMQ-induced psoriatic model

To investigate whether KAT8 is involved in the development of psoriasis,we performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of ear skins from KAT8f/f(WT) and KAT8f/f Lyz2-cre+(KAT8-cKO )psoriatic mice Overall design: A daily topical dose of 30 mg IMQ cream (5%) (Shichuan MedShine Pharmaceuticals Co.) per ear for three consecutive days. At day 4, ears were collected for RNA isolation.
