Cytokine levels in serum of <i>Ifnar</i>^−/−, CD11c Cre⁺<i>Ifnar</i>^f/f, LysM Cre⁺<i>Ifnar</i>^f/f, and Cre⁻<i>Ifnar</i>^f/f mice during WNV infection.

Ifnar−/−, CD11c or LysM Cre+Ifnarf/f, and Cre−Ifnarf/f mice (n = 13 for each group) were infected with 102 PFU of WNV. Forty-eight hours later serum was collected and cytokines were analyzed by bioplex assay. Mean (pg/ml) and standard deviations (SD) are shown and P values are compared to Cre−Ifnarf/f mice. Data are pooled from four independent experiments. Ns, indicates results that are not statistically different compared to infected Cre−Ifnarf/f mice.
