资源简介：
A collection of processed data files sourced from Clark et al. (2018). In total 38 cells are included, of which the generated RNA counts, Accessibility(GCHN) and DNA Methylation (WCGN) files are provided. These are generated by STAR / featureCounts, and Bismark / AllCools for RNA and Accessbility & DNA Methylation, respectively. The data here is provided 'as is', and is mainly functioning to provide a low effort, multi-modal data example to indicate functionality of the Linkapy package.
