Landscape constraints

In the map service you can see the landscaped assets and areas protected by law derived from Legislative Decree 42 of 2004 “Code of the landscape”: — Article 136(1)(a)(b): real estate, villas, gardens and parks of considerable public interest; — Article 136(1)(c)(d): areas of considerable public interest that make up a characteristic appearance with aesthetic and traditional value; — Article 142(1)(b): territories bordering the lakes; — Article 142(1)(c): rivers, streams, streams and their shores; — Article 142(1)(d): mountains above 1600 meters for the Alps and over 1200 meters for the Apennines; — Article 142(1)(e): glaciers; — Article 142(1)(f): national and regional parks and reserves; — Article 142(1)(g): territories covered by forests and forests; — Article 142(1)(i): wetlands.
