Transcriptomics of distinct subpopulations of synovial fibroblasts from osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis arthroplasty tissues. Overall design: We gated 7 subsets of synovial fibroblasts by protein surface markers and used RNA-seq to profile gene expression of cells taken from each gate.
