Functional enrichment (Gene Ontology enrichment) results from initial exploration of significant maternal mtDEG interaction gene sets identified during TcGSA. Excel spreadsheet with five tabs, corresponding to the five mtDEGs with interaction genes that were significantly affected by gestational age and condition. Only Biological Process is reported, as this was an initial exploration to determine gene sets of interest for later Ingenuity Pathway Analysis testing.
