Characteristics of microbial community composition and its relationship with water and nitrogen in greenhouse

Microorganisms play an important role in the soil chemical cycle. Water and nitrogen are the two major factors that can directly interfere with the soil environment through human control. However, little is known about the impact of water and nitrogen on soil nutrients, soil enzyme activity, soil microbial diversity, and bacterial colony structure.Here,we investigated the effects of different water and nitrogen treatments on soil basic nutrients, soil enzyme activity, bacterial diversity, and community structure in greenhouse tomato cultivation layers
