Impact Strategy Development: Workshops to Co-create your Strategy

This tool serves as a guide for conducting workshops that enable strategic planning within your school. These workshops provide a structured environment for refection and dialogue, which empowers participants to articulate their aspirations for societal impact.This tool was developed based on first-hand experiences to help craft impact strategies through a bottom-up approach. It provides a structured framework and ready to use materials to collaboratively identify and make decisions on impact ambitions and pathways that contribute to the school or department’s vision and identity.Who can primarily benefit from this tool?Individuals and teams directly involved in the process of developing, implementing and/or evaluating impact strategies in their school.In which context is this tool useful?This tool is part of the Impact Strategy Development Toolkit. Use this tool when facilitating workshops that enable strategic planning during the development and evaluation phases of strategy development. While the tool follows the language and organisation within Erasmus University Rotterdam, it can also be used in other contexts and institutes with appropriate adaptations to these other environments.
