In this study we sampled lake Ros located in Masurian Lakeland, Poland, nine times from April to November in 3 spots situated in different parts of the lake. Each site had two depths. Then we sequenced V9 18S rDNA and V4 16S rDNA amplicons using Ilumina MiSeq.
