We employed bulk RNA sequencing to interrogate the consequence of murine conditional BRD4 deletion in microdissectted E9.5 cardiac and surrounding tissues. Bulk transcriptional analysis of developing cardiac and surroudning structures in E9.5 mouse embryos following conditional deletion of BRD4 in Isl1-expressing cells.
本研究采用批量RNA测序(bulk RNA sequencing)技术,探究小鼠条件性BRD4基因敲除(conditional BRD4 deletion)对显微解剖获取的胚胎发育第9.5天(E9.5)心脏及周围组织的影响。同时,本研究对在表达Isl1的细胞中条件性敲除BRD4后的E9.5小鼠胚胎发育中的心脏及周围结构开展了批量转录组分析。
