福建医科大学孟超肝胆医院原发性肝癌手术切除队列数据集共纳入超过3000例接受根治性手术切除的原发性肝癌患者，所有病例均经术后病理学确诊。该数据集系统收集了患者的人口学特征、术前实验室及影像学指标、肿瘤病理学特征（包括大小、数目、分化程度、微血管侵犯等）、手术方式及围术期并发症等信息，并建立了完整的术后随访体系，涵盖生存状态、肿瘤复发时间及复发模式等终点事件。凭借大样本量和完善的随访数据，该队列可为肝癌术后预后预测、复发风险评估及个体化治疗策略的优化提供坚实的数据支撑。

The primary liver cancer radical resection cohort dataset at Mengchao Hepatobiliary Hospital of Fujian Medical University enrolled over 3000 patients who underwent curative resection for primary liver cancer, and all cases were confirmed via postoperative pathological diagnosis. This dataset systematically collects comprehensive information including patients' demographic characteristics, preoperative laboratory and imaging indicators, tumor pathological features (such as tumor size, number, differentiation degree, microvascular invasion, etc.), surgical procedures and perioperative complications, and has established a complete postoperative follow-up system covering endpoint events like survival status, tumor recurrence time and recurrence pattern. Benefiting from its large sample size and well-established follow-up data, this cohort can provide solid data support for postoperative prognosis prediction of liver cancer, recurrence risk assessment and optimization of individualized treatment strategies.
