Circulating microRNA expression profiling of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis

NGS was performed to detect human miRNAs. We found many upregulated and downregulated miRNAs in HT patients. A total of 1310 dysregulated miRNAs were identified in PBMCs from HT patients and healthy volunteers, of which 659 were upregulated and 651 were Downregulated. Among them, a total of 655 miRNAs, 331 upregulated and 324 downregulated.
