To investigate the alteration of gene expression in IMS32cell under 5 or 15 mM glucose in the presence or absence of 1 mM pyruvate conditions, we conduced microarray analysis. Overall design: IMS32 cells were incubated for 1 h in DMEM/5%FBS with 5 or 15 mM glucose in the presence or absence of 1 mM pyruvate.
