Bond 2017 Combined Service

This service contains the combined data from the Bond2017_Locations and the Bond2017_Extents services. It was created to provide information for a dashboard and should not be used for mapping purposes. In order to combine the line and point data into a single service it was necessary to convert the bond project line feature to a point feature. As a result of this change the data should not be used as an authoritative source as far as the location of the bond projects that were originally stored as line features.
